PC Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Rapture Tech LTD.

This Limited Warranty applies to PC's and only for PC's, purchased from Rapture Tech LTD.

Other products purchased through Rapture Tech LTD are covered by their own manufactures return to base warranty.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Rapture Tech will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is only applicable for the original product purchased.

What will we do to correct problems?

Rapture Tech will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Rapture Tech LTD is 2 Years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Goods.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification including Software, Hardware or Overclocking.
  • Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster.
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.
  • Used outside of normal conditions which includes but not limited to Crypto Currency Mining.

Also not covered by Warranty 

  • Recovering data is not covered by warranty, due to malware, viruses, power issues, hardware failure, software updates or user error.
  • Removing Malware or Viruses.
  • Reloading operating system, application software or specific computer software.

The purchaser shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us. Rapture Tech LTD will pay for shipping charges for the first 6 months for PC's only, Otherwise it will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Note:  Always back up your important data.

    What do you have to do?

    To obtain warranty service, it is mandatory to first fill a return form and selecting Warranty as your request.

    We will contact you to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

    Return of the Physical Goods is to be either in its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Rapture Tech.
